I believe that practising yoga has made me a better person. I have become stronger both physically and mentally. Yoga has taught me that taking care of my mind and body through practice I become a more energetic, positive and happier person. I hope to pass on the gifts that yoga brings to all my students who attend my class and share in the joy of yoga.

Recently we are all facing the challenges of a pandemic. It is at this juncture of our human existence that we need yoga more than ever. I have now launched an online set of yoga classes daily. There are times and styles to suit your needs. In the spirit of trying to attract more people to the positivity that yoga can bring I am offering a FREE FIRST online session to both my existing and new clients alike. With the current pandemic things have changed in the world. I am currently offering a social distancing outdoor class in Shenley along with a full timetable of online sessions for you to do in the comfort of your own home.
As things become safer for everyone with time I hope to go back to offering in person sessions in Watford, Bushey, Borehamwood, Potters Bar and Shenley.

Join me for some online sessions from the comfort of your own home. There is a mix in the style of classes and times offered. Each session will provide you with the basic benefits of yoga including lengthening and strengthening the body, reliving stress and bringing a sense of focus and balance.
I use Zoom as the online platform it is an easy to use system and works from most phones, tablets, laptops and computers. All you need to do is have enough space for a yoga mat and a willingness to try. Please see my timetable for full details.
