As a dedicated Hatha-based yoga teacher, I take pride in offering enriching classes in partnership with Hertsmere County Council and Watford Council. Emphasizing accessibility and inclusivity, these classes are thoughtfully provided at a discounted rate, inviting and encouraging individuals from all walks of life to experience the benefits of quality yoga.
In addition to this I also provide my own yoga classs through my brand which are open and accessible for anyone to join. You will notice a very small £2 increase in price.

Working in partnership with GUYS DO YOGA to provide mens only sessions.
4 week course or drop in available.
In this men-only yoga classes, we go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming environment that caters to all levels, including beginners. By fostering an inclusive atmosphere in this MENS ONLY class, we aim to create a space where individuals, regardless of their experience, feel comfortable and supported. Our classes are thoughtfully structured to address the specific needs of men, especially targeting tight muscles resulting from gym workouts, sports, and rigorous training.

Lunchtime session for the Staff of Berkeley Homes 8 Gardens. Join us at noon to rejuvinate and refresh your body and mind. This 1 hour hatha class is suitable for all levels. It will ensure you start your Friday with a feel good factor that carries you through the weekend.
